This article was carried out with the objective of analyzing administrative management and human talent in the company La Esmeralda S.A. The methodology used is a mixed approach; Information was collected on the aspects of the two variables mentioned, through interviews with the manager and the person in charge of human talent, as well as a survey of all employees. The mixed approach (qualitative and quantitative) was based on primary and secondary analyzes in order to analyze the results. The population was made up of the manager, the person in charge of human talent and the 107 collaborators that make up the company.
